Dream Catcher Artifacts
According to the Plains Indians, Dream Catchers are intended to be hung by the window of a bedroom or at the head of a bed. The bad dreams get caught in the web while the good dreams work their way through the hole in the center of the Dream Catcher. Once the good dreams have gone through the center, they rest on the feathers like dew drops, and evaporate to the Great Spirit in the morning sun. The prayer beads at the bottom of these Dream Catchers trap all the bad dreams that are left on the web and burns them up.
